Cancellation and refund policy

Educione reserves the right to modify, suspend, or alter its cancellation and refund policy, at its sole discretion.


Edu Bank


Edu Bank is a virtual bank designed by Educione and its virtual money can be used for making any single bookings within the Educione platform. Any cancellation refunds are deposited in the Edu Bank.

Cancellation and refunds


The following cancellation and refund rules apply to the Educione platform:


1. Private/group class single booking


- A student can cancel a booked class at any time before it starts. The student will get a full refund to Edu Bank only if the class is canceled at least 24 hours before the class start time.


- If cancellation time is between 24 and 12 hours before the class, a student will get an 80% refund to Edu Bank.


- If cancellation time is between 12 and 6 hours before the class, a student will get 70% refund to Edu Bank.


- If cancellation time is between 6 and 2 hours before the class, a student will get a 60% refund to Edu Bank.


- If the cancellation time is less than 2 hours before the class, a student will get a 50% refund to Edu Bank


- A student will receive a full refund to Edu Bank if the class has been canceled by the teacher.


2. Private class package booking


- A student can cancel a booked class at any time before it starts. The student will get a full refund to the package (class back) only if the class is canceled at least 2 hours before the start.


- A student will receive a full refund to Edu Bank if the class has been canceled by the teacher


3. Group class package (course) booking


- A student can cancel a purchased group class package at any time before group class first lesson. However, he will get a full refund to Edu Bank only if the course is canceled at least 48 hours before the first lesson. Otherwise, a student will receive a 80% refund to his Edu Bank.


- A student will receive a full refund to Edu Bank if the teacher has canceled the full course. If the teacher canceled or moved to inconvenient for a student time one or multiple classes of the course, a student can request refund for a particular class (price per one class equals to price of the full course divided into number of lessons).


4. Webinars


- A student can cancel purchased access to a webinar at any time before a webinar start time. However, he will get a full refund to Edu Bank only if the purchase was canceled at least 2 hours before the webinar start time. Otherwise, a student will receive an 80% refund to his Edu Bank.


- A student will receive a full refund to Edu Bank if the webinar has been canceled by the teacher


No-refund policy for purchased courses


There is a no refund policy for a Course already purchased by the Student through the platform.


A student (user) has the right to request a refund back to his bank account by writing an email to info@educionecione.com


The Educione platform may take time to process a refund request.
